Returns & right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The 14 days start on the day you, or someone you name other than the carrier, receive the grill.

How to withdraw

Tell us before the 14 days end, by email to mangaly-pech@ukr.net. A clear statement is enough; you can use the model form below, but you do not have to.
Send the grill back to us within 14 days after telling us. Pack it securely, ideally in the original packaging.
We refund you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may hold the refund until we receive the grill back or you send proof that you have shipped it.

What we refund

The full price of the grill.
The original delivery cost, up to the cost of the cheapest standard delivery we offered.
Refunds use the same payment method you paid with, unless we agree otherwise. You pay no fee for the refund.

Return shipping

You pay the direct cost of returning the grill. Because grills are heavy, return shipping can cost a significant amount: for portable models it is usually similar to the original delivery cost, and for 40–50 kg models it can be higher. We are happy to suggest a carrier.

You are only liable for any loss in value caused by handling the grill beyond what is needed to inspect it, for example if it has been used for cooking.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to grills made to your personal specification, such as a custom length, height or extra fittings you asked for. This does not affect your rights if a grill is faulty.

Faulty or damaged grills

If a grill arrives damaged or develops a defect, see our guarantee. In that case we pay the return shipping.
