Delivery & payment

Every order starts with a written quote. It states the grill price, the delivery cost to your address, any VAT and import charges, the payment methods and the dispatch date. Nothing is binding until you accept the quote and pay.

Where we ship

We ship from our workshop in Ostriv, Ukraine, to all EU member states, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway. If your country is not listed, ask us in the quote form.

Dispatch and delivery times

The exact dispatch date for your order is stated in your quote. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the grill ships.

Delivery cost

Delivery cost depends on the weight of the grill and your address. Portable models weigh about 7–15 kg; large reinforced models weigh 40–50 kg and may travel on a pallet. The exact cost is shown in your quote before you pay.

VAT, customs and import charges

Grills are shipped from Ukraine, which is outside the EU, so import VAT and customs formalities apply. Your quote states clearly whether these charges are included in the price or payable on delivery, and their expected amount. You will not be charged anything at delivery that the quote did not mention.

Payment

Available payment methods are listed in your quote. We never ask for payment before you have accepted a written quote, and we confirm every payment by email.

Receiving your grill

Please check the parcel when it arrives. If the packaging or the grill is visibly damaged, note it with the courier if possible and send us photos at mangaly-pech@ukr.net within 48 hours. Damage in transit does not limit your legal rights; it only helps us claim from the carrier and fix the problem faster.
