Guarantee

Every Vulkan grill is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity. If the grill does not match the order or has a defect in materials or workmanship that becomes apparent within 2 years of delivery, we repair it, replace it or, if neither is possible, refund you.

What is covered

• Cracked or broken welds.
• Parts missing from the order or not matching the description.
• Structural defects that make the grill unsafe or unusable.
• Damage that happened in transit.

What is not covered

• Surface rust inside the firebox and on bare steel parts. This is normal for steel grills.
• Discolouration or burn-off of paint caused by heat.
• Damage from misuse, for example accelerants, overloading, dropping, or leaving the grill full of wet ash.
• Small differences in welds and finish that are a normal part of handmade products.

How to make a claim

1. Email mangaly-pech@ukr.net with your order details, a short description and a few photos.
2. We reply within 2 working days and agree the solution with you: spare part, repair, replacement or refund.
3. If the grill needs to come back to us, we pay the shipping.

This guarantee does not limit any other rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
